VRM has two types: VRM 0.x and VRM 1.0.
The standard shader of VRM 0.x, MToon, cannot be used in URP projects.(The avatar turns pink.)
The standard shader of VRM 1.0, MToon10, cannot be used in Built-in Render Pipeline(BRP) projects.(The avatar turns pink.)

1.Download vrm-c/UniVRM.
Choose either VRM 0.x or VRM 1.0.

2.Install vrm-c/UniVRM. (xxxxx.unitypackage)
Assets>Import Package>Custom Package...
3.Load VRM file into Unity. (xxxxx.vrm)
Method 1 : Drag and drop the VRM file into Assets.
Automatically converted to Prephab.
If you confuse VRM 0.x and VRM 1.0, it will not work properly.
Method 2 : VRM0>Import VRM 0.x... / VRM10>Import VRM 1.0...
